About The Role:
• Develop all CS processes for international expansion.
• Manage the entire Customer Success department.
• Manage the entire Customer Success department.
• Encourage team growth by creating a positive working environment.
• Shaping and maintaining our customer relations strategy.
• Maintain a customer database to build long-term relationships and identify revenue opportunities.
• Establish end-to-end processes that align with the business's goals in cooperation with sales, product, and R&D departments.
• Set KPIs for the teams and provide feedback on their performance.
• Manage the entire Customer Success department.
• Manage the entire Customer Success department.

About you:
• 4+ years of experience in the Customer success world.
• 2+ years of experience in leading a customer-facing team or other managerial experience.
• Working experience with SMBs
• A technological degree and work experience within a technological environment.
• A creative thinker who sees the bigger picture with a problem-solving attitude.
• Capable of translating data into action and tracking progress according to KPIs.
• A motivational leader who knows how to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Understanding that it's all about people, with a down-to-earth approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• People-oriented, proactive, and service-minded.
